Please allow 3-5 business days to prepare, package, and ship your order. A confirmation email with shipping information will be provided once orders are fulfilled. For orders less than 10oz, shipping is $6.99. Orders greater than 10oz, shipping is $11.00. FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100. No international shipping at this time.

What is your refund policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, let us know within 14 days of delivery by emailing us at customerservice@shopnediabeauty.com and include your name, order number, and reason for refund request. Refunds are provided at our discretion and may include full or partial refunds, excluding shipping and applicable taxes.   

I have allergies, can I use the products?

Please check each product for individual ingredient list. We recommend doing a “patch test” on a small area prior to use.
