If you are unhappy with your new glow, or you think your skin doesn’t feel as amazing as we know it should, let us know within 14 days of delivery by emailing us at customerservice@shopnediabeauty.com and include your name, order number, and reason for refund request. Refunds are provided at our discretion and may include full or partial refunds, excluding shipping and applicable taxes. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns.
Our products are made in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Please allow 3-5 business days to prepare, package, and ship your order. Natural butters run the risk of melting during shipping; however, this does not affect their performance. During the warmer months (May-October), we only ship our body butter and body polish on Mondays and Tuesdays. A confirmation email with shipping information will be provided once orders are fulfilled. Flat rate shipping is $10.00. FREE SHIPPING on orders over $60. No international shipping at this time.
